A small A6 handbound plain paper notebook/sketchbook covered with painted silk from offcuts of cloth, which I never discard, in the making of my clothing. There are a number of these books in variations of soft colour in the silk – with text from Palladio’s Four books of Architecture over printed in greys, red and gold.
