Shipping and Returns Policy
Carriage charges will be added to your payment using special delivery Post Office services.
Carole Waller aims to ship all orders received via her online shop, or by email or telephone, within 5 working days as long as the piece is in stock.
We shall confirm this to you in writing upon receipt of your order.
If a piece has been sold Carole is usually able to make a version of it for you – which would classify as a commission, and the price will be confirmed to you upon receipt of your order.
Commissions and bespoke items will have specific deadlines and delivery dates which we can discuss and agree by email or telephone as the process develops, in time for your deadline.
During busy periods such the run up to Christmas, you should allow extra time for delivery, but please let us know if your order is required for a specific date and we shall confirm this by email or telephone.
We use UPS or Royal Mail for overseas delivery and upon placing an order we shall be in touch by email to inform you of the current charge which will be added to your payment.
Orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis.
Please check prior to placing an order if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Carole Waller, No Walking Canvas Ltd, does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs.
These are the responsibility of the customer.
Stock purchases from the website
Customers need to notify Carole Waller by email (email@example.com)
of any faults or damage within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. The cost of returns to us is the responsibility of the customer, and item must be sent in original packaging (or equivalent) to the studio in Bath. All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.
Commissions and Bespoke items
Commissioned and bespoke items should be approved by you as the process develops through appointments at the studio or photography shared in emails.
Only bespoke and made to order items that are faulty or damaged can be returned, unless written confirmation has been received from Carole Waller prior to ordering that a return would be accepted should your bespoke item not be suitable. The cost of returning your bespoke item to us is the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be sent in its original packaging )or equivalent) to the studio in Bath. All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
